Yikes….
I have been looking on Realtor.com once more as I am committed to finding a ridiculously cheap condo/house. Ever since that condo that was 38k that I did not go and make an offer on in time, I am going to find a place that I could have paid off in like 5-6 years.
I found one today in Framingham that is 2 bedroom and looks like decent condition for 47k dollars….
I now know more about condos, associations, legal issues and short sales than any 30 year old gal that does not work in real estate needs to know. So I am certain any decision I make in the next year or so will be a wise, very researched decision.
