Despite the rainy day that it was the farmers market just a mile down the road from work was a happening place. My plan for the summer is to hit up the farmer’s market here in Worcester on Saturdays and the farmer’s market in Belmont on Thursdays after work.
Today I picked up:
- Dark Chocolate and (the best ever) Salty Butterscoth Sauce from Shootflying Hill Sauce Co.
- A wonderful pecan-cranberry bread from Mamadou Bakery
- A chutney from Sassy River Sauces
- The best smelling Cilantro from Hutchins Farm
- Salad greens from Dick’s Market Garden Farm
Still early in the season, I can’t wait until veggie season here in Massachusetts is fully underway.
