Tonight I meet with Brian the contractor for the Main South CDC, to discuss the housing development Hollis and Kilby Street. The townhouses are Energy Star homes. I found out about the grants and how the development came to be. I will be putting the experience on Real Worcester this weekend. Keep an eye out..
