The court hearing is on the 11th of April, you are promising people move ins for the 15th of this month. You forget I know more about the Internet than you. I know what you are doing, Brett is paying you with all his money to come here and try to get 20 people signed up and committed to renting units here so he can go to the judge on the 11th and state he has rentals. But the thing is I get 50-100 hits a day and most are for people google’ing University Park Lofts, then they follow it up with an email to me or a comment and I let them know what is up. Yes there is a LARGE amount of people interested in this building but anyone with a head on their shoulders will do the research. The building was to be foreclosed on and without a plan Brett Levy stopped it from happening right now. But sorry it is inevitable that the building will be out of his hands rather soon. Then someone with money will come in, then they can rent, but no one is going to buy and just rent for ever, when the market turns around they will sell the units. Giving their renters a year lease and not continuing it after that. Unless they want to buy.
But I speak with a lot of people each day on this building, on the issues any renters would have right now if they rent while the building is in limbo the bank stated they will spend the money needed to evict the renters. So if you want to live here for a few months then come on down.
Keller Williams has their scary haired woman manning the building m-w-f from 3:30 till 7pm. Or call me and I will meet with you. I will tell the truth of the building and let you make your own decision.
