So the EVIL Keller Williams woman took down my signs.
Saying we were in violation. She has no fucking clue. She was claiming that she had promision from the Bankruptcy Court to be showing. SHOW ME THE MOTION THAT IS APPROVED.
We will do everything in our power to let people know that the team up between Keller Williams and HE &PG is a hige lie. They could care less, if I was this woman I would do everything in my power to educate myself on the happenings here.
Instead she is just a dumb ass scooby do….

Hey Keller Williams lady with the Bad Hair, Why are you working so hard to rent out units in the building when the Application to Employ Real Estate Broker is UNSIGNED by the Court and the Objection by Strata Bank to Employ the Broker is filed?
Just a Question…….

The court hearing is on the 11th of April, you are promising people move ins for the 15th of this month. You forget I know more about the Internet than you. You sly post on Craigslist make for good humor. Seeing your face 3 times a week for the next two weeks just wants to make me puke. You need a better haircut, what you striving for the 1990 Anchor Woman do…

I know what you are doing, Brett is paying you with all his money to come here and try to get 20 people signed up and committed to renting units here so he can go to the judge on the 11th and state he has rentals. But the thing is I get 50-100 hits a day and most are for people google’ing University Park Lofts, then they follow it up with an email to me or a comment and I let them know what is up. Yes there is a LARGE amount of people interested in this building but anyone with a head on their shoulders will do the research. The building was to be foreclosed on and without a plan Brett Levy stopped it from happening right now. But sorry it is inevitable that the building will be out of his hands rather soon. Then someone with money will come in, then they can rent, but no one is going to buy and just rent for ever, when the market turns around they will sell the units. Giving their renters a year lease and not continuing it after that. Unless they want to buy.
But I speak with a lot of people each day on this building, on the issues any renters would have right now if they rent while the building is in limbo the bank stated they will spend the money needed to evict the renters. So if you want to live here for a few months then come on down.
Keller Williams has their scary haired woman manning the building m-w-f from 3:30 till 7pm. Or call me and I will meet with you. I will tell the truth of the building and let you make your own decision.

Renters do not get Garage parking….one of the biggest lies…

Caution

Here is the problem, the Hill Team has all the wrong facts on their website about this building. Thank god I talk to plenty of people a day that are making me their point of contact until the mess of this building is resolved.
On that note went and put our Proof of Claim in at the Bankruptcy Court downtown this afternoon.
As many know I have been an activist my whole like with things I believe in. The biggest being honesty, integrity and all around goodness. When people start fucking with other peoples lives then I have a major issue with it. As I sit and watch the Keller Williams Rental woman stick the open house signs I know at least I have stopped 10 people for every 15 that are interested from purchasing or renting right now. We have a bankrupt entity pulling all the strings right now and that is not GOOD. We are behind on common bills etc….
The banks motion is that they still plan on doing a foreclosure auction at the end of April and the 11th will be the date that the bank will say SO LONG Brett Levy…
Scary woman is showing a white trash couple right now, yes I want them as neighbors….

I will let people know when it is OK to proceed and not just add to being another victim of HE & PG .

Ms. C is pretty much at the end of her strings with patience. See I am this thing you call a perfectionist, the insane crazy type. Not at all sane when it comes to getting things done in a timely manner. Sometimes I expect others to be on board, but honestly not everyone can be as great as I am. This Crystal in the last year is not the Crystal I have known my whole life, not at all patient and just royally pissed off at the world. Seriously I feel like I am 16 again and hate everyone and everything. My patience for people has become null and void. I sit here putting together my Proof of Claim to bring down to the Bankruptcy Court after class so we can at least be “included” in the creditors that are owed money from HE & PG Realty LLC. You know covering our asses.
All I really want in the world is to run. Something I have been particularly good in my life, you know with moving over 35 times in my short 28 years, the easiest thing was always to leave. Pack up and leave seems like a dream right now. The day that Neil and I can correctly get out of this nightmare of a condo and leave will be the happiest damn day in my life. I thought I was smarter than this to make decisions that would haunt me for years.
I want to be happy, I want to be CRYSTAL. I really miss her. And the fact that this stress is causing stress between me and the one man in my life that has never let me down is even more disturbing to my heart.
I do not feel like myself anymore and if this is what MYSELF has become I do not want any part of it. I am so down with the stress levels in my life causing me the biggest headache.
I have to keep telling myself that everything will work out sooner or later, if not I may just take a lot of people down with me in my walk of distress.

An almost normal Saturday….
Got up bright and early and made it to grocery shopping by 7:30am…Got home went tanning and then cleaned the house.
Neil hung one new light fixture up near the kitchen, now that I know it is so easy to hang lights from the junction boxes we may get crazy. :)
Went to see Stop-Loss in Millbury today, it was a good movie but bad ending, then we to Wonder Bar and had a pizza.
Here I am almost 6pm and BORED…

So twice now I have placed “Truth about University Park Lofts” flyer’s on the front door of the buildings and they have been taken down either by a nasty old rickety realtor or neighbors that bitch and complain but do not want to tell the world of the craziness here because they hope to sell or rent their units.
Sorry to tell people NO ONE IS GOING TO BUY A UNIT IN THIS BUILDING THAT IS ALREADY LIVED IN or WHILE THE BS THAT IS PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE WILL MAKES PEOPLE WALK AWAY.

Seems people that were so not for going in on a lawyer then realized that 3-4 of us were not going to carry the building and move forward on our own, so all of a sudden they want to contribute. What bullshit is that????? So the few of us with larger issues will move forward on our own.
We got copies of all the bills for the building. What the fuck???? We have no money but the management company has no problem paying themselves 400 a month? FOR WHAT?
As soon as possible we will become a self managed condo association. We have enough finance people in this building to take care of the details. $400 a month to clean the front lobby and the 3 hallways….What is that BS??? I clean for a living and the work they do would take me just over an hour, 100 dollars to do that work. I know that if we were running the show alot of unnecessary charges would be put away…
I spoke with someone a few weeks ago about resources for getting solar panels put on the roof. With a couple thousand a week in common area electricity and gas, why would be not look into it.

Anyways I may not have much but I have my words and I will continue to let as many people as I can to just wait it out before looking here. Any rentals will just keep Brett Levy in control and make our association go even further into debt. The motion from the bank yesterday stated any rentals that would be allowed, if or wait WHEN the bank takes over they will do immediate evictions no matter what the cost are.
So just wait it out a couple months…..Honestly none of us want renters here, but money coming into the association is better than none. We want other owners, not renters….We want the value of the building to stay and not loss more money and 29 rentals will hurt that, but they would be temporary until the market gets better.

Stubborn I am….I will keep letting people know of the TRUTH!!!!!

Help Save Baby Seals from this disgusting fate.

So today was opening day in the baby seal hunting season in Canada, the Humane Society of America has long been after the “poochers” of baby seals. In 2007 over 215k baby seals were killed for their fur, some skinned while still alive. There is a video that you can watch, but I couldn’t stand to sit thru the 3 minute video for more than a few seconds.

The HSUS was not granted their passes to be able to observe the hunting of the seals by the Candian government. I of course already donated to help with the bit I can.

I ask this ” How the hell can a human being harm anything, yet alone this:”

Some of these seal pups are not even 12 days old when their lives are taken by people whom they have the upmost trust for.

Potential rentals

So there was a motion put thru that Brett wants to get approved to rent out units 205 and 406. Tomorrow is the hearing at the Worcester County Bankruptcy Court – Court room 4 at 9:30am.
I am sure it will get denied since the bank has put a few motions to stop the bankruptcy from affecting the forclosure of the building.

I beg and plead, for the current owners of the building that no one rents or buys here until this mess is settled. If rentals are allowed the bank still could win the building back and then have to start evictions on the building. If units sell during the powers to be are still Brett Levy then that only gives him power and leverage to stay as trustee and none of us want that for the health of the building. He has no money and no plans. A sale would just be one more person in this mess that we deal with daily. Believe me I will be throwing a party once Brett is out of the picture, an open house PARTY….

I came home to a envelope with “Motion to return Escrow Funds” So at least we have proof that thks is at least getting somewhat closer to having the money back. But again they shouldn’t have had it in an account that required them to have to get the motion granted to release the funds..

Escrow money that is owed to us….

You know as the days go the more pissed off I am about the money that we have in escrow sitting in the bank of the dumb ass Brett Levy.
Here is the situation. When we bought back in July we bought with the intention that the roof decks would be complete within 60 days. Even though HE &PG LLC knew that they could not stick to this time period nor would they complete the roof decks because nothing was selling.
We had an amendment to our Deed & P&S that Roof Deck #4 would be complete, $5,000 dollars was put in escrow in a non interest baring account. If the roof decks were not to be complete then the money would be coming back to us.
About 1 1/2 months ago we asked our closing lawyer to get the money back for us, again this was 6 weeks weeks ago, a few weeks before HE &PG Realty LLC filed for bankruptcy.
The lawyer that represented them Christopher Flood of Marlborough is an idiot and never would return emails, calls or faxes from our attorney.
When he finally did it was right after they filed for bankruptcy, stating that he needed to go thru the Bankruptcy lawyer to get the funds released.
EXCUSE ME!!!!!! If Attorney Flood and Attorney Burdick do not want to be disbarred they better get us there money. It is against the law for them to hold money that was supposed to be released when we asked for it to be. The money was never put in another account, it was put in Brett’s account. This is our money and we are paying a mortgage on this amount. We would very much like to have the funds released so we can make one good principal payment on our mortgage.
Again we spoke with a bankruptcy lawyer about this to see if this was allowed and he confirmed that if Attorney Flood wants to keep practicing law in Massachusetts then he needs to get us our money and a true escrow would have nothing to do with a bankruptcy.

I can not stress enough, do not rent or buy at University Park Lofts until we get Brett Levy the hell out of the drivers seat. He is a CROCK. We all are besides ourselves with anger and unresolved issues, we do not want others to have to be part of this.

And someone must have read my blog last night because the Keller Williams rep was waiting outside and no one showed up. She kept giving me dirty looks thru the window. I am sorry I can look out my HUGE BEAUTIFUL DRAFTY windows when I please…lol

And Neighbor Funny Woman heard someone in the model units talking really loud about us getting a lawyer, Shucks….Are people nervous. I tell a lot but I do not tell everything because Mr. Levy reads my blogs and why would I give everything up.

As I sit in class….

I love that I am sitting in a “Keyboarding” class right now. I finished todays and tomorrows work in less than 2 hours. Sighhhhh
This class in my opinion is a waste of my time, I do not think I will walk away with anything other than cramped hands each day but I have to take it in order to leave with my certification.

So as some know I switched my “major” to Medical Billing and Coding instead of Medical Assisting. For many reasons plus I hope to be in Nursing school by Fall of 2009. So why not make as much money as possiable.
Medical Assistant- 25k/year
Medical Biller- 38k/year
These are starting pays but I see there is a need for Medical Coders as much as Medical Assistant, even though I will be sad not to be in a clinical position I know I will be attending nursing school so my time will come.

Tales of the converted

So as must know at this point I am about 80% converted to veganism. I am having little issues with Sour Cream and Cheese. But I am working hard, each day trying some other dish that is vegan friendly.
I have been in awe at the delicious recipes that I have found on “Post Punk Kitchen“. YUMMY

See I was a lacto-ovo for most of my childhood to the age of 21, I ate dairy and eggs but no meat. But today my conscious can not live with that and I have got all meat and eggs from my diet. Still having a hard time with maybe unknown ingredients but I think I have it some what down. This weekend I made Vegan Waffles, Yummy.
Buckwheat Flour
Maple extract
Cinnamon
Soy milk
2 mashed bananas with 2 cups of water.
And a handy dandy Belgium waffle maker.

I can always use other ideas, I am cooking for me now that Neil does not share my love for all things meat free. But there is no love lost, just different meals.

Oh I came across this blog today, Earth Vegan. Pinto and Brown Rice Cakelets…Now you are talking .

Do not Rent or Buy at University Park Lofts YET

Last night some dumb ass realtor walked right into our unit because she was told that the model units were on the 2nd floor. Give me a break

If anyone reads this that has come to look at the units for possible rental, please know this. The bank is going to get the building back, Brett Levy will not be able to hold onto it because he lacks a plan and the 3 rented units he projects having interested parties on will not even come close to the monthly amount that HE & PG Realty owes the bank. 10% of the amount needed to pay the bank. When Brett meet with us he said ” All money from the rentals will go back into the condo association, it will cover the money for the empty units condo fees” Another huge lie on the part of HE & PG Realty.
Any units if rented and the building is taken over by the bank will then have to start on an eviction process because the bank is not going to do rental property. The units will most likely be rented by the next person to buy the building but at least it would be owned, Brett Levy does not own this building, he owes 3.9million dollars to the bank on this building.
So my word of advice to all the young, naive people looking here, the ad on CL is a lie check my blog from last week about the details of that ad. Keller Williams does not care, they just want a paycheck.

So my word of advice so you are not having to move out once the bank takes the building or even have to be involved in an eviction so the bank can sell that unit. Stay away until the building is not managed by HE & PG Realty LLC or being trolled by Keller Williams- Hill Team.

Here is the orginal post, looks like someone saw my comments and fixed it, but they are offering more than what you will ever get. We bought here and still are having a hell of a time getting money that was being held in escrow back for a roof deck that will never be, condo fees are not getting paid etc…..

So I was cruising CL and came across the ad from Keller Williams for the Rent-To-Own option.
I really think that false advertising is not a way to get people to like you, or trust you.Not sure if this was approved by Brett himself but here is what the ad states:

1. Stainless- The appliances are true silver, but not stainless, they are the cheapest of cheap appliances. Whirlpool Estate- cheap
2. Amazing Baths- simple basic and the bathtub is so small I can’t take a bath comfortably in it.
3. Ceramic tile- what in the model unit? This was an option back in the days when they started to sell the units. It is not an option anymore.
4. Video Surveillance- this bill last I knew was a few months in the rears and who the hell even sees the tapes, the cameras are not even facing the right areas.
5. Garage Parking- this is not an option for renters. There is about 6-7 more spaces for sale with purchase.
6. Roof Decks- what a joke!!!! Not ever going to happen. 3 of us have spaces deeded off as of right now, nothing will happen on this unless we decide in the future to build out ourselves, there will not be a communal roof deck because there is no handicap access.

I do not believe

With my mother still wanting me to accept Easter baskets at the age of 28, I have come to think. I will honestly say I do not believe in God, I don’t think I have ever believed in god. I believe in myself since I am the only one that has made it threw my life issues on what I do about those issues. It is not because I prayed to anyone, or asked anyone to help me.

I do not believe in Heaven or Hell,I think that once you are dead you are just that DEAD. I do not believe that some big man in the sky caused Mary to have Immaculate conception, I do not believe a guy named Jesus walked on water or rose from the dead.

I spent a good part of my childhood and adolescences in the Catholic Church, more because all my friends were in CCD and then Youth Ministries, we went on weekend retreats and misbehaved ourselves. I had my baptism, first communion and confirmation all with the Catholic church.

I have branched out and went to a Baptist church, The Church of Christ (while attending bible study classes), a Buddhist temple for a short time in Providence. I have looked to see if anyone had any ideas that meshed with my own. And never found it.

I have strong moral fiber and treat people well, I do not harm anyone and I love all living things.
But I have a very hard time with believing in anything that I can’t tangibly hold or see.

No amount of preaching will make me believe and usually that make me disbelieve more. I do not understand bible thumpers and at times think people who have the deep need to believe in something, anything are just weak minded. I do not believe that “finding” god will rescue anyone from anything. I do not see how 12 Steps includes GOD.

And I have been there done that and I have never believed any of it. I am far to logical of that.

So for this holiday I say BLAHHHHH. Lets keep it commerical with a huge Easter Bunny.
