The LLC HE & PG. AKA Brett Levy and Kathleen Buckley are criminals. Brett is a liar and the lowest of creeps.
He showed up at the cancelled auction today and Neil was able to speak with him. Brett still believes that the building is worth the money they originally thought, does not want to sell for less and would want to rent until he can sell them.
He is a shitty ass trustee, I would hate to have him as a landlord. We have over the last 6 months send numerous emails and certified letters, made phone calls they never answer.
They never get back to us and when they do …..IT IS ALL LIES or BEATING AROUND THE BUSH.
Neil brought this up to him today and it was followed by a ” I don’t have to deal with this I will go outside” . Brett is fucking lucky that myself or Andy were not there. Because I could easily last a night in jail for the mear satisfaction of punching him the hell out.
He does not realize that the 8 owners in the building are all ready to leave, we are ready to foreclose and walk away from our units.
Brett Levy, since I know you read this…. We love our units ( even that I am starting to hate) But we despise you, we HATE you. You are a shitty businessman and have no skills in the business world. Please stick to your criminal defense lawyer job, you know the one job where you lie for a living.
So I warn anyone please stay away until their bankruptcy filing is DENIED. And it will be if I have anything to do with it. He is a crock and to just move from LLC to LLC knowing he can never be held liable for the things he does to other people.

Don’t get me wrong I love the building except for the LARGE crack in the side of the building that causes our parking garage to flood. Jessie my neighbor took a wet dry vac to the whole parking garage on Monday, he should have ran upstairs and wrote out a bill to Brett right then and there.
Hum the elevator failed inspection because there is water in the shaft, that is safe right.
Bills are not getting paid, we had the housing director look into late sewer and water bills. The trustees do not keep track of bills and cost. They were suposed to be contributing the Condo Association fees over the last year for empty units they are holding on to. Making the reserve in the neg and not keeping track of cost. OPEN THE BOOKS IDIOTS

Go to hell, let the bank take the building and leave the current owners the hell out of your plans to ruin peoples lives.
Crooks and criminals. You do not deserve to have this building anymore. We want someone who will be responsive to the other association members. You, I have no no use for.

    I have been following your blog, specifically because of University Park Lofts. I actually had put a deposit down ON YOUR UNIT because I loved it so much! After some (surprise) negative dealings with Brett, I took my deposit back and bought a little house near Tatnuck Square. But I still think about the lofts all the time- I really did like them. Probably would have worked except that I have several pets, too, and the thought of getting up, getting dressed, and walking the dogs at 3am on leashes just didn’t sit well with me. A house with a fenced yard works great for the dogs, so I guess alls well that ends well. I am so sorry that you are going though all of this, though. I couldn’t believe the pics you posted awhile back about the landscaping in the summer- so awful! You’d think that they’d be smart enough to KEEP THE PLACE UP for potential buyers. Guess not. Huh. Anyway, just wanted to commisserate with you.

    i too have been reading your blogs – my boyfriend and i were thinking of buying a condo, but after reading the headaches people are having with them, we started looking at single family houses. there are LOTS out there for less than these condos, with yards, more space, room to grow, better neighborhoods, and none of the hassle of dealing with condo associations. with what you have leftover in your budget, you can do a lot to modernize the interiors.

    I really feel for you, girl… i hope you find a solution! i ‘ll be keeping tabs on your progress…

    I have had the pleasure of being a tenant of Brett Levy’s for almost two years. He He has been both fair and responsive in all our dealings. I look forward to continue being his tenant in the future.

    From my dealings with Brett I would have full confidence dealing with him in any matter now or in the future.

    William, You are a sorry fool. You are a tenent of his, I am sorry for you. We are owners that are part of the CONDO ASSOCIATIONS meaning we have a business relationship not a tenent/landlord. There is more issues than this idiot knows how to deal with.
    Good luck with your renting of a propoerty of his, but as long as I have the influence I do, this building will be owned by the bank soon enough.
    Stay in your renting leaque, when you own and have to deal with BRETT LEVY on a professional ( that word is a joke when used with Bretts name) then we can speak. just keep paying your rent…

    I just read an article about these lofts in Worcester magazine. What a mess! I feel for everyone that bought one of these units and wish you all the best of luck.
