So the new LeSport Sac bags were introduced staring the cuteness of Tokidoki one bag style with Adios and friends and one with all the mishap creatures of the beautiful vinyl toys.
Can’t wait to get my hands on one….someday when I have money again…

I have four interviews set up in the next few days and I can’t wait to be able to say I am leaving. Each day I feel like I will claw my eyes out, it is Wednesday and I leave early on Friday. So the long weekend is coming…..

So slowly the loft feels like home, I wonder if something so full of light, windows and concrete floors ever feels like home. I can’t seem to get the floors clean enough no matter what I do. I need to get the IRobot Floor washer, entertainment for the cat and clean floors when I return home in the evenings.
We still have a box of painting supplies and the shop vac as a semi permanent fixture in the living area. That will change this weekend.
We need some sort of window covering for the morning sun to stay away, any other time of day I love the sun beaming in at me and in the Winter the sun will work as partial heating source.
The building smells between the old smells of the mill it once was and new construction. The bathroom is not to my liking as of yet.
But other then that things are dandy, I mean we have garage parking so our cars are protected from the elements and the crazy thugs that lurk at night.
This coming weekend is Labor Day weekend, the unofficial end to summer.What summer, Neil and I didn’t get much Kayaking in, we didn’t camp at all or hike and my butt and thighs show evidence of that.
I have put on weight and I am far from happy about that, I mean some weight that I can’t seem to get rid of because I am stressed as all hell about my work situation, but that may soon change. I have 4 interviews set up in the next 7 days and there is more people interested in me. I mean screw it I am fantastic.
I am back to journaling my food intake and exercises. I am back to eating healthy just in time for fall.
This past weekend when Jill and I went to dinner at Bocado, I caved and ate dessert. Sighhhhh But it is so yummy. We ordered the Tuna, the fried goat cheese, the asparagus with goat cheese and shrimp,the potato’s with the Aliol & Truffle Sauce. I love Bocado….yumms
But then we did 3 miles each way on Saturday on the Quinabaug River Canoe Trail in Brimfield. The water was low, so some areas were very hard to maneuver thru….

I am so out of it, so my Blog just celebrated it’s 2nd Blogiversary…without me..
I am tired of being so damn busy, I can’t wait until winter when there is snow on a Saturday and I am not going anywhere…
So the Loft is coming alone….Saturday going Kayaking with Jill so I will have some pics to post and adventures to share because anytime with Jill is always an adventure……

Every minute of every day has been spoken for. This past weekend while Neil was at work on Saturday I went thru every damn last Bag and box that was piled in the living room, put things away and made 3 trips to the dumpster outside. Cleaned the house, the floors still do not seem clean enough even though I went over them with a mop at least 6 times this weekend. See concrete floors always no matter how much you clean them seem as if they have dust/dirt or other crawlies on them. Then Neil and I finished off the rest of the grey color painting and let that dry…..I cleaned some more….and more and more
Yesterday we got up early and started painting the white columns and marble trim. We finished that mid afternoon followed by some grocery shopping. No tax on the prepared foods and other purchases.
Put together our stainless steel table and attached that to the wall to finish off the look we put the orange stools I purchased last month.
Followed by more cleaning…..and some more…
YAYYYYY It is starting to feel like home…
Other then working on the loft we have not done anything other then work and sleep.. Soon Residents of 201 will start having some fun once more…
The 3rd from the bottom pic you will see Neil in the corner….he is 6’1″ so you can see the height of the ceilings.

So much is going on but with limited time to just relax at this moment makes it hard to keep up with my blog.
Bad Blog owner… Next week is my 2nd Blogiversary…
The loft is coming along. To prove that I will talk about my own home as much as others out there.Here we go.
There was some mistruths told in order for us to buy the unit or at least was told with non good intentions.
After speaking with current residence the developers seem to have slacked on some areas, with some flooding in the parking garage not getting proper attention. We have a women in a wheel chair and the water getting into the under the building parking garage can be an issue.
Also I addressed them about the fact the garbage dumpster is over flowing and needs weekly not bi weekly pickup at this point there is enough unit sold that it should not be picked up every two weeks.
Also seems to be some questioning on where the condo fees are going if not in the reserve.
The biggest issue is the Roof Deck, one neighbor who was promised it would be complete in May is still waiting. He has this feeling it will not be completed. We all bought these units wanting it because of the Roof Deck.
So yeah some things need to be figured out and if they would meet with us it seems like easy enough problems to solve.
On the positive note our unit is coming together….I will hopefully post some pics this coming weekend…
