Ok here is the deal. I am not a millionaire but people like to pretend. According to the mortgage guy Neil and I are ballin and we are living the life.
See originally his was going to be able to get us into the “1st time home buyer” program which would have awesome. But now we find out we can not. BECAUSE we make to much and our debt to income ratio is so low that we are set.
Please tell me where does all this money come from?????
Anyway he managed to call 3 times while we were getting the inspection done today and because I couldn’t spend more then a couple minutes talking to him I was stressing myself out between the pine beetles in the basement and the condo not being complete at this point.
But it will be done for the closing on the 21st, it has to be……..
I am nervous yet excited. I mean this is HUGE. I was all excited 1 1/2 years ago when I bought a brand new car and here we are buying our first home. All before I turn 27. Right on.
I have so much I want to do with the place. Backsplash in the kitchen, wallpaper in the dining room…
So that is the beginning, sooner or later I will convince Neil that we need to change the office into a walk in closet. But that is down the road.
For right now I need to pack, get utilities all set up and move…….
