Where do I begin?
So this past week was hell, can I say it anymore how much I think my employer is not heading anywhere good at this time. I hate how hard it has been as of late. See as a company we need to move like a well oiled machine and there is not one drop of oil in this organization at this time. Pretty bad when you boss is on the phone with the VP of Operations most of the day on Friday.
If it wasn’t for Joannah there is no way I would be there right now. Well if it wasn’t for trying to buy a house right now.
But seriously enough on that, better things are in the future at this point.
Yesterday Neil and I worked our first Saturday at The Want Ad, not so bad it is only 3 1/2 hours so it goes by quick and yesterday I figured out how to get all the renewals taken care of then worry about sales. So after that we headed out to meet our new realtor Marta, she is very good. See int he beginning we were not going to work with anyone, but then we soon learned how little time we had and how much we don’t know about the house buying process. So all week I worked with her to arrange places to look at with what we are looking for and what our price range is.
The 1st place was the Ludlow st condo that in the pictures I feel in love with. JennAir stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, rain shower with whirlpool tub, the list goes on and on . What sweetened the deal for my love was the guy that is fixing this place up also wanted to attract buyers by having a wall mounted plasma in the dining room and a 60 inch plasma in the living room, beautiful furniture ect…. And if the price is right he will include all of it.
We continued to look at 5 other places and nothing stood up. So we are pretty certain we will move forward with an offer next week on this place.
I LOVE IT…….
Today is Sunday and it is Neil’s birthday and tomorrow is our “anniversary” so we have hotel arrangements at Mohegan Sun and a night of fun for us. I know it will be a very bad day at work tomorrow but I have a field rep that states she has everything under control and I trust that.
I just need to have a good time tonight and be with my boy. Some good fun and R&R. Well maybe no rest.
