No not the Nicholas Sparks book…..A real wedding
So we went to Neil’s friends wedding yesterday, it was a 4pm wedding so as you know this would be a late night, but NOT as late as I thought it would be.
We got home around 2am….The little over an hour drive to Middleboro& back was mostly the culprit of the late home return.
Feeling somewhat dehydrated because of the “OPEN BAR” at the reception…
The ceremony was nice, I myself with little or no belief in god have a hard time with the ” read the bible and pray together daily” bit of the wording in a Christian church wedding, but the wedding itself went down without any issues or drama. Plus it is always sweet to hear the blurb about how ” in all the world two people choose each other” I am kind of old fashioned and a bit of a romantic myself.
So off to the reception…..Well small detour at Applebees in our church wedding best for a drink or two…Which once we get to the reception we realize that an open bar made it so we did not need to spend money on drinks at Applebees.
Seems I only took pics at the reception…..
Seems Neil may have others but after I took these pics we danced until they kicked us out…
We got on the way to the hotel where everyone was staying and at this point most people had no idea which direction they were headed so decided to get on the way home…..
