Alot going on in the Anson/Foisy household as of late. With all the stress & leg work Neil and I have put out there, yesturday we decided to hold out until spring on the house buying. Whcih part of me feels defeated and part relieved. relieved because we both can go in with clean slates and no debt over our heads. He has less then a year on his car payment so he may pay that down before we look at buying a house and I have a few old collections issues that if cleared up would make my credit 120% better. So overall it will be better for us in the long run when you have a 190k dollar mortgage that change in intrest can make a huge difference on the monthly payment. Plus the housing market seems to be going in the right direction for purchase in six months..
Liek I said part of me is very sad because I was kinda set on the Fremont and that unit. But….. In 6 months there will be something else we will love… We will be financialy set and go into it without worries on how we will pay the mortgage in my tight paycheck months. Thing with sales is the pay checks are not always the same and this time of year I am scrapping by, get more in the savings and have no debt would make me very much happy.
Busy as hell at work this week and I have to leave early to have the doctor look over the MRI sheets and see what they will do about my knee. Just make me better doctor…
This weekend is Neil’s friends wedding in Plymouth so I have the dress and the shoes and I am ready to rock…Seems like the reception will be followed by a night out on the town for drinks..I need to socialize so it is 100% ok by me… I am lonely in my home, I have Neil but I miss the occasional chit chat with girlyfirends too.
I need more friends…….how pathetic am I
