Coachella

So here we are at Coachella, Hot as hell outside…
In the AT&T Blue room taking a break from the warm wait HOT California Heat.
Funny how I tanned to a nice crisp bronze the last few weeks and I still was burned today which should make the 60 lb pack on my bag even more enjoyable.
So it is about the 3:30 time frame and the most worth while act today has been Hybrid w/ Perry Ferrel. The beats/bass went through my body like a drill on your teeth.

So now that I have a few minutes to cool off I can write about the weekend thus far.
Well We jumped on our nice early plane on Friday morning to Phoenix….Gloomy and Cloudy not the Phoenix I remember….We made our way to Enterprise and waited in a very long line for the car rental, upon getting downstairs to pick up the Chevy Aveo we were expecting they realized they didn’t have any and wanted to upgrade to a SUV. Knowing the amount of miles we needed to drive we realized that was not the best of ideas. So the upgrade was a Dodge Stratus…

So we were off to the desert…..

Stopped at Old Chicago in Meas, because there Artichoke Dip is the best of the best and I needed a fix.
Then got on our way of our 250 mile journy to Indio, California…

Poor Neil, his first experience with Cali was Blyth which looks like an old mining town and has nothing but one set of lights…

At this point we wanted to see if we could find a Wal-Mart or Target…..Took the short detour to Palm springs and found a Supercenter Wally world…
Picked up the last of the things we needed and headed to set up camp at Coachella

Last night was very much a fun night of mingling and drinking…..Feel alseep after 22 hours of travel and fun….Woke up very early to start today…..

I think besides Hybrid the other best experience was the kid who thought no one was watching and decided to take down his pants and take a shit right on the lawn….Some people…..
Anywho was just told I had 5 minutes to wrap this up because there is a line for the internet usage…..
Till Tomorrow….
